Free InPost/Poste shipping on orders over €19.00 (pick up at your nearest collection point). Please note: If you fail to collect your order or request a refund/reshipment, you will be charged €4.90 for shipping and packaging, which will be deducted from any refund.
Other couriers: free shipping for orders over €49.00 , otherwise €5.00 (standard shipping in 3–4 working days).
Express shipping (48h) at €9.00 .
For customers in Campania, delivery can take place within 24 hours (contact our customer service via WhatsApp for details).

You can pay by credit card, PayPal, Satispay, Postepay (also top-up), bank transfer and cash on delivery (+€5.00).

We process shipments within 24 hours of purchase. Standard shipping takes 1–3 business days, while express shipping takes 48 business hours. We deliver to the courier Tuesday through Friday. For made-to-order items, production times are added as specified in the order.

Online favors are priced per item without packaging (confetti, bows, tags, etc.). If you purchase directly, the item will be shipped without packaging. If you'd like a personalized quote for favors complete with packaging, contact us directly via WhatsApp , specifying the quantity, event date, and destination.

Once you've confirmed the quote with our operator, you'll receive the quote and a personalized (temporary) link where you can pay using your preferred payment methods, including installments, on our website. To confirm your order, you can leave a 30% deposit. We'll then customize the package together, and the balance will be charged before shipping.

Favors purchased without packaging benefit from shipping as indicated in question 1.
For packaged favors, the required contribution is €12.00 . We only use express and insured couriers who guarantee delivery within 48 hours to preserve the integrity of the confetti and avoid temperature fluctuations in the sorting centers, especially during the warmer months.

Occasional or welcome discount codes cannot be combined with quotes for packaged favors. By receiving a direct quote, you will receive the discounted price or, at least, the packaged price. Those who purchase favors directly online using discount codes will receive the items without the packaging (confetti, bows, tags, etc.), as provided by the manufacturer.
