Favors Estimates

If you are choosing the favor for your event, contact us also via WhatsApp to have an updated quote.

To facilitate a more detailed quote, please send us the following information:

• Type of event (e.g. wedding, communion, graduation, etc.)
• Desired quantities
• Expected delivery date

Your message will be followed by a quote for the complete wedding favor with packaging, which includes:

• Gift box
• Confetti on theme
• Personalized cards and/or tags
• Bow and/or pick at the end

The external packaging will be chosen together, according to your needs.

Shipping

For wedding favor quotes, the shipping fee is assessed from time to time based on:

• Amount
• Dimensions
• Integrity guaranteed
• Delivery on time (insurance included)
• Urgency

The exception is collection at the premises by the customer or his appointed courier.

Returns and Refunds

Breakages or Wrong Item

Our packaging is accident-proof, but if something unexpected happens due to the carrier, send us a photo also via WhatsApp . We will replace, return and/or refund the item quickly.

Second thoughts

From the date of delivery you have 30 days to return the item in compliance with the packaging shipped and obtain a refund. For incorrect purchase, the refund of the item will be net of shipping costs*, even if purchased with free shipping.

Return Procedure

We provide the waybill to be able to return the item quickly and easily.

*Shipping charges will be calculated based on the applicable rate for the original shipment.
