Shipping within Italy

The delivery methods actually available for your address and their respective costs are shown at checkout, before order confirmation.

How pickup points work

1. At checkout, choose the InPost/pickup point shipping method. The “Pickup” option at our location instead indicates direct in-store pickup.
2. Unless otherwise agreed, we identify the available pickup point closest to the address indicated in the order.
3. If you prefer a specific pickup point, please provide us with the name, address, and identification code of the pickup point in the order notes or contact us before shipping. We will check if it is possible to use it.
4. When the package is available, follow the courier's instructions and pick it up within the timeframe indicated in the notice.

Enter your email and mobile number correctly: they are important for receiving delivery updates and any pickup instructions. In case of difficulties, contact us before the deadline.

Order preparation and delivery times

The transport times indicated above start from the handover of the package to the courier and are added to the time required to prepare the order.

• Available items: the order is prepared based on availability and any packaging requests.
• Made-to-order or custom items: the production times stated on the product page or agreed upon in the quote apply.
• Orders with multiple items: if there are products with different lead times, contact us to agree on any delivery requirements.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination, holidays, peak periods, or courier service disruptions.

Pickup at our store

You can choose to pick up at Le Favole Living, Via Astalonga 130, 80047 San Giuseppe Vesuviano (NA), when available at checkout.

Wait for confirmation that the order is ready before coming to us. For made-to-order products, pickup will be possible upon completion of production and preparation.

International shipping

For international shipping, contact us before purchasing, indicating the products, quantities, country, and postal code. The cost depends on the destination, weight, and volume of the package.

When shipping is handled on a quote basis, an initial amount indicated in the order may require an additional payment. We will communicate the cost and payment instructions before shipping.

For destinations outside the EU, duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges may be payable by the recipient, according to the rules of the destination country.

Liquids and fragrances: for extra-EU shipments, we do not ship scented liquids or fragrance oils for diffusers. Any containers and decorative objects are sent without fragrance. For other destinations, ask us to confirm the applicable restrictions before purchasing.

International customers

Please contact us before ordering for an international shipping quote. Include the products, quantities, destination country, and postal code. Shipping costs depend on parcel weight, size, and destination. Any additional shipping charge will be communicated before dispatch. Non-EU shipments do not include fragrance liquids for home diffusers. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are payable by the recipient.

Packaging and product care

We prepare the packaging with care, especially for ceramics, porcelain, and glass. Shipping costs include handling and packaging. When possible, we use recycled materials and reuse those suitable for protecting the products.
